Consent for a Stellarsportz account
A 13 to 17 year old athlete has asked to use Stellarsportz, a performance training and nutrition app, and named you as their parent or legal guardian. Their account stays inactive until you respond here.

What the account collects
- •Training and sport details, body weight and height, food preferences and allergies, sleep and recovery check-ins, and optional journal notes.
- •Birth month and year only, never a full date of birth. Location is limited to city and state.
- •The athlete's plans and coaching guidance, which are educational and not medical advice.
What consenting means
You accept Stellarsportz's terms on the athlete's behalf, take responsibility for the account, and are responsible for any paid membership purchased on it. You can withdraw consent at any time with the links below or by emailing support@stellarsportz.com, which ends access to the account.
This link expires seven days after it was sent. Stellarsportz is operated by Stellar Sportz LLC, 2722 Erie Ave Ste 219, Cincinnati, Ohio 45208.
