STELLARSPORTZ provides general sports-performance education and personalized wellness guidance. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, licensed dietetic care, psychological care or professional sports coaching.

AI-generated recommendations are educational and have not been medically validated. If you have a medical condition, an eating disorder, severe allergies, diabetes, kidney or liver disease, are pregnant, take regular medication, or experience pain or unexplained weight loss, consult an appropriately qualified doctor, sports dietitian, physiotherapist or psychologist before acting on any guidance.

The Stellarsportz Performance Index and readiness scores are coaching indicators calculated from data you log. They are not medical or clinically validated measurements.

Privacy policy

Athlete information is sensitive personal data. We store your profile, logs and plans so we can personalise your guidance, and we restrict access so only you (and platform administrators for support and safety) can view it.

Coaches or academies can only view your information if you explicitly grant consent in your profile. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Your data is used to generate AI recommendations; it is not sold. You can delete all your data from Profile → Delete my account data. For full account removal, email support@stellarsportz.com.

We collect anonymous product analytics (for example feature usage) to improve the product.

Terms of service

By using STELLARSPORTZ you agree to use it for personal training education and to exercise your own judgement. Train within your abilities and stop if you feel pain or unwell.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Recommendations depend on that information.

Subscription features, if purchased, are governed by the plan terms displayed at the time of purchase. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.

Subscriptions, auto-renewal and cancellation

Stellarsportz membership is offered as a monthly plan at $9.99 per month or an annual plan at $79.99 per year, in US dollars. New members receive a seven-day free trial that starts at first sign-in and needs no payment card.

Paid plans renew automatically at the price shown when you subscribed, at the end of each billing period, until you cancel. Your renewal date and current plan are shown under Profile → Membership & billing.

You can cancel at any time from Profile → Membership & billing → Manage subscription, which opens the secure Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then ends automatically and no further charges are made. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged.

Cancelling does not reverse charges already made. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support from within the app before raising a dispute with your bank. Your payment method and past invoices are managed in the same billing portal.

If a renewal payment fails, your membership pauses until the payment is settled and you will be prompted to update your payment method. We may change plan prices in future; existing members will be told before a price change applies to them.

Refunds: payments are non-refundable. Because the seven-day trial needs no payment card and you can cancel at any time before a renewal, we do not refund or credit charges already made, including time left unused after cancelling mid-period, a period you did not use, or a renewal you forgot to cancel. If we charged you in error, or charged you twice, we will correct it.

If you believe a charge is wrong, email support@stellarsportz.com before raising a dispute with your bank so we can look into it. Nothing in this policy removes any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Children and minors

Age policy: athletes aged 18 and over may register normally. Athletes aged 13 to 17 may only use STELLARSPORTZ after a parent or legal guardian has given verified consent. Children under 13 may not create an account.

How consent works for 13 to 17 year olds: when an athlete's birth month and year place them in that age band, we email the parent or legal guardian they name a single-use link, valid for seven days. The account is not activated until that guardian confirms: no plan is generated, no coaching is available and no subscription can be started. We record the guardian's name, email address, their relationship to the athlete, the date and time of consent or withdrawal, and the version of the wording they agreed to. A checkbox or the athlete's own statement is never accepted as consent, and the athlete cannot set their own consent status.

Limits of this consent: confirming by email shows that the named guardian received and answered the request. It does not verify identity or age, so we ask the athlete to use the guardian's own address. If you need stronger verification, contact support before signing up.

Withdrawing consent: a guardian can withdraw at any time using the link in the consent email, or by emailing support@stellarsportz.com. Withdrawal immediately ends the athlete's access to plans, coaching and the app; a paid membership can be cancelled at the same time from Profile, or by support. The guardian can also ask us to delete the athlete's account and all of its data. Consent can be given again later with a new request.

Children under 13: we do not allow accounts for children under 13. During sign-up, a birth year that places an athlete under 13 stops the process before a performance profile is created, and the sign-up is refused. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we close it and delete the associated data, in line with the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). A parent or guardian who believes a child under 13 has an account can email support@stellarsportz.com to have it removed.

What we collect from minors: the same profile information the plan needs, and nothing more. We never ask a minor for a full date of birth, a government identity document, a phone number or payment details, and we do not send marketing email to an account in the 13 to 17 band. Guardian consent records (name, email, relationship, timestamps) are deleted together with the athlete's account.
